Breakfast Club
Breakfast club runs for all school age pupils from 7:30am – 8:15am daily. Children will be offered breakfast. Sessions can be pre-booked on Magic Booking.

After School
The school operates a staggered end to the day to minimise car park congestion. After dismissal any child remaining on site must be booked into an activity or club.
3:15 – 4:00 Prep Club (£0 if pre-booked, £2 if not booked in advance)
Open to all pupils in Y2 and 3 before they join an extra-curricular school club or attend After-school Club at 4pm. This is a quiet club for reading or homework.
3:15 – 4:00 Prep club minis (£0 if pre-booked, £2 if not booked in advance)
Any Reception or Y1 pupil waiting for a club (after-school or extra-curricular) or a sibling waiting for the older pupil to be dismissed may attend after school club.
4:00 – 6:00 After school club
All pupils attending the after school club will be offered a light tea.

Any pupil (R-Y6) not collected within 5 minutes of dismissal time will join the after school club and a £2 late fee will be incurred in the first instance.Holiday Club
Elmhurst offers a dynamic Holiday Club during the half-term and summer breaks, providing children with a screen-free environment filled with arts, craft, and sports activities. Wraparound care is run by the Mrs King, our Lead Nursery Head and Ms Krispy who looks after the KS2 pupils.
