With small class sizes and a broad and engaging curriculum, demand for places is high so if you are interested in joining our wonderful community, please note the steps below.

Admissions Process

1. If you’re thinking about Elmhurst for your child, we highly recommend contacting our Admissions Manager, Ms Fowler to discuss your child’s needs further and to find out if spaces are available. Please call the school on 020 8688 0661, email admissions@elmhurstschool.net or fill out our enquiry form below.

2. We warmly encourage parents to visit Elmhurst to experience our exceptional environment first-hand. Ms Marriott, Head of Elmhurst, will take you on a tour of our facilities, meet our dedicated staff and see our students actively engaged in learning. This visit will showcase our commitment to academic excellence, personal development and nurturing individual talents, helping you see why Elmhurst is the perfect choice for your child.

We also run Open Days throughout the year and Stay and Play sessions for pre-schoolers.

3. Once you have decided that Elmhurst is the right school for your child, we will ask you to complete our registration form. There is a £100 non-refundable registration fee. After completion, your child will be invited to attend a Taster Session at Elmhurst. This will give your child the opportunity to experience Elmhurst firsthand and allows them to join classes, meet future classmates and engage in our stimulating environment.

4. An offer may be extended to your child upon successful completion of a Taster Session. If you proceed with your application, a refundable deposit of £700 is required to secure your child’s place. This deposit will be returned when your child leaves Elmhurst, subject to any outstanding amounts. It is non-refundable in the event of your child does not join the school.
