Into The Woods – Littleheath Woods
Year 1 enjoyed an exciting morning of outdoor activities in Littleheath Woods. The pupils explored the area and collected colourful leaves to put in the flower press. They also used pliable branches to bend into circular bases for the lanterns we are making and had the option to draw and paint in the giant sketchbook. After the ‘heavy work’ of den building and rope swinging, everyone gathered round the campfire to sing songs and enjoy a mug of hot chocolate.
